Elon Musk: The Fairness Of Justice Demands The Release Of QAnon Shaman From Prison.

Friday, billionaire businessman Elon Musk demanded that Jacob Chansley be released from prison, stating that the so-called QAnon Shaman’s conduct during the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, was “misrepresented.”

Musk’s startling tweet on Friday read, “Release Jacob Chansley.”

The Twitter CEO and inventor of Tesla and SpaceX claimed it was a matter of “fairness of justice” as he posted unearthed film showing Chansley, now 35, advising rioters to go home on the day supporters of former President Donald Trump stormed the Capitol Building.

Musk stated that he was not a member of MAGA, but he does believe in the fairness of Justice.

Musk said that the media wrongly presented Chansley as a violent criminal who attempted to topple the government and incited others to act violently. Musk is referring to the explosive security camera footage acquired by Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson from within the Capitol Building shows Chansley urging people to remain calm and return home. The second video shows him peacefully strolling into the Capitol Building, being escorted by authorities, and then thanking the officers.

Elon Musk tweeted on Friday, “Release Jacob Chansley,” advocating for the Navy veteran who stormed the Capitol on January 6, 2021, to be released from prison.

Jacob Chansley received a 41-month sentence in November of 2021 after pleading guilty to one count of hindering an official procedure in September 2021.

According to a timeline of events provided by the Justice Department and signed by Chansley as part of his guilty plea, the Arizona Navy veteran was among the first 30 rioters to enter the Capitol on January 6 at 2:14 p.m. via doors that had been busted open from the inside.

The clip provided by Musk on Friday depicts Chansley, wearing a horned fur headdress and red, white, and blue face paint, perhaps right before he entered the building, with his back to the Capitol doors and a bullhorn in hand, shouting that Trump had requested demonstrators to “go home.”

“We made our point,” Chansley says before adding President Trump asked everyone to go home. Chansley states that “we” will do what he requests before reading Trump’s request out loud.

When Congress recognized Joe Biden’s 2020 election victory, it is unknown why Chansley entered the Capitol Building and made his way to the Senate floor. On January 6, Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in jail for his acts.

Once inside, the never-before-seen footage on Fox News’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight”  revealed that Capitol Police hardly confront or notice Chansley as he strolls around the facility. The clip shows the “Shaman” being taken by two Capitol Police officers around the halls of Congress, searching for an unlocked entrance to the Senate chamber.

DOJ chronology confirms that an officer followed Chansley into the chamber as he usurped Vice President Mike Pence’s former position on the dais.

Once inside, Chansley used his bullhorn for impromptu “prayer” from the dais. He thanked the Heavenly Lord for giving the police officers the inspiration they needed to get them into this building. This does not seem like a man violently fighting his way into the building.
