Hunter Biden’s Attorneys Request That The House Ethics Committee Take Action Against Marjorie Taylor Greene

U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) responded after Hunter Biden’s counsel sent a letter to the House Ethics Committee on Monday requesting an ethics investigation into the congresswoman’s “unhinged rhetoric” regarding the president’s disgraced son.

The letter alleges that President Biden’s son, Hunter, has been subjected to “continuous verbal attacks, defamatory statements, publication of personal photos,” and promotion of conspiracy theories by Greene.

The letter then outlines her public statements and related efforts on Twitter, Truth Social, and Facebook, and her public appearances attacking Mr. Hunter Biden, which according to them, sound and read like schoolyard insults rather than the work of a Member of Congress. Hunter’s attorney Abbe David Lowell said that MTG’s actions failed to uphold the integrity and dignity expected of House members. He said that none of these could be considered part of any legitimate legislative activity. The letter cites her frequently “irrational rhetoric” and the content of her statements and actions.

The letter references Greene’s tweets in which he asserts that Hunter Biden participates in human trafficking and soliciting prostitutes. The letter also asserts that these statements are false, defamatory, malicious, and unbecoming of a member of Congress and go far beyond genuine legislative activities or political advocacy.

This month, Greene claimed on the CBS program “60 Minutes” that the Democratic Party and Joe Biden support pedophilia. These remarks are prominently mentioned in the letter. Greene told “60 Minutes” that Democrats, including the president himself, Joe Biden, support the sexualization and transgender surgery of minors. She said that what pedophiles do to children is sexualize them.

The letter asks: How can there be any doubt that such remarks do not reflect creditably on the House of Representatives and its Democratic members?

The letter mentions a photo of Hunter Biden and his niece and cousin in a convertible; with the caption, Hunter was on crack wheeling and dealing with CCP ties and prostitutes while classified documents were strewn about the garage.

The attorneys are demanding that Greene be punished for her alleged violation of professional ethics. They assert that there is a “strong precedent” for pursuing legal action against her. Perhaps Representative Greene has gone beyond appropriate conduct, and many have reached this conclusion. However, the House must make it abundantly clear that it does not endorse, condone, or agree with her outrageous, undignified rhetoric and flagrant violations of the House of Representatives standards of official conduct, the hypocritical letter concluded.

After learning about the letter, Greene attacked Hunter Biden on Twitter, saying Hunter was upset about her statements. She said the nation is pissed off with his peddling of his Daddy’s political power. She encourages Hunter to chat with the Republicans on the oversight Committee because they have many questions for him.
