Graphic Video Shows Lowell Woman Brutally Kicking Small Dog on Westford Street

LOWELL, Mass. – A shocking video obtained by Boston 25 News shows a woman in Lowell kicking a small dog on December 29th. The dog, reportedly belonging to the woman and her partner, was seen being brutalized on Westford Street.

According to a neighbor, Ann Isler, the dog did nothing to provoke the attack. Isler expressed her disgust and stated that she was so disturbed by the abuse that she wanted to confront the woman herself.

The graphic video captures the woman kicking the dog multiple times, causing the frightened pet to run away. In a second video, the woman is seen grabbing the dog and flinging it to the side of the house, displaying a disturbing level of cruelty.

Neighbors in the area are understandably upset by the incident, with Isler advising pet owners to be cautious of who they allow around their animals. The dog has since been taken into the care of animal control.

As of now, the woman in the video is in custody and facing charges. Authorities have been reached out to for further information, but no response has been given at this time.
