Russian Man Murders Escort After Intimate Problem, Suspected Prostitute Serial Killer on the Loose

MOSCOW, Russia – A Russian man, Alexei Varakin, has admitted to the brutal murder of 25-year-old escort Vlada Skitskaya, claiming that he became enraged after an “intimate problem” during a drunken binge. According to reports from Russian news outlet NTV, Varakin confessed to stabbing Skitskaya to death in her Moscow high rise. Skitskaya, who had moved to Moscow from a smaller city in search of a better life, managed to fight back before being dismembered by Varakin.

The disturbing incident is not an isolated event, as Varakin is also implicated in the beheading of another prostitute, 40-year-old Olga Vorobyova. Vorobyova’s body was discovered beheaded near a Moscow hotel, where she had allegedly met her killer. Varakin confessed to killing Vorobyova in the same hotel where he had been living, claiming that it happened after she refused to “serve” him.

This is not Varakin’s first brush with the law, as he had previously been sent to a mental hospital in 2010 for stabbing two prostitutes in St. Petersburg. After being released from the hospital, Varakin lived in isolation at a hotel, where the recent murders took place. He attributed the killings to alcohol consumption and minor conflicts.

As forensic examinations are underway to determine if Varakin is responsible for any other deadly slayings, it is clear that the Russian authorities are taking these heinous crimes very seriously. The case has sparked outrage and calls for justice in the Russian community, with many demanding that Varakin be held accountable for his actions.
