McCaffrey’s agent confirmed the news, stating that the actor died surrounded by loved ones after battling cancer. Reports from various sources revealed that McCaffrey had been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of cancer affecting the bone marrow.

His passing has left a void for many, including his wife Rochelle Boström, who expressed her devastation to Fox News Digital.
