ALBANY, N.Y. – The victim of a shooting on Hudson Ave has tragically passed away, according to Albany Police Chief Eric Hawkins. The victim, identified as 36-year-old David Cooley, sustained a gunshot wound to the head in the area of 400 Hudson Avenue.
