Suspect Charged in Killing of Oakland Police Officer to be Arraigned on Tuesday

OAKLAND, Calif. — After the tragic death of Oakland Police Officer Tuan Le, a third suspect has now been charged in connection to his killing. Marquise Cooper, 34, faces 16 felonies including first-degree murder and second-degree burglary, as stated in the Alameda County Superior Court records.
