Road Rage Mystery: Police Seek Video Evidence in I-95 Shooting Death

Foxboro, Massachusetts – The Norfolk District Attorney’s office is seeking information from the public regarding the deadly shooting of Justin Parker on February 3rd. Parker, a 37-year-old North Attleboro father, was fatally shot in what authorities believe to be a case of road rage while driving on Interstate 95 in Foxboro.

According to friends, Parker was a dedicated father who worked nights for the state highway department. His friends describe him as a family-oriented, level-headed person who always put his daughter first. The shooting has left them shocked, as they assert that Parker was not the type of person to engage in any altercations.

The district attorney’s office is specifically asking for information from individuals who were driving on Interstate 95 South from Waltham to the Rhode Island line, as well as on the Southeast Expressway from Boston through Milton and Canton to 95 South between the hours of 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm on the night of the shooting. Authorities are particularly interested in obtaining video footage from drivers who may have mounted cameras, such as truck drivers and rideshare drivers, or anyone with a dashcam.

Police believe the gunman was in a dark sedan that merged onto I-95 at 9:20 p.m. They suspect that the shooting precipitated a collision, causing Parker’s black Mercedes to swerve into a family in a Lexus, though the family was not injured.

Robbie Bonin, one of Parker’s close friends, expressed deep concern over the tragic incident and urged anyone with pertinent information to come forward. District Attorney Michael Morrissey emphasized the importance of sharing any video footage with the authorities, as it could potentially lead to identifying the perpetrator responsible for Parker’s death.

The investigation into Justin R. Parker’s murder is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to contact the authorities at 781-327-9801.
