CHARLOTTE, N.C. – An investigation is underway in northeast Charlotte after a man was shot and killed on Tuesday night at the Cortland Mallard Creek Apartments on Berkeley Hill Drive.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has reported that the man died at the scene, but his name has not yet been released. Investigators have stated that the shooter was acquainted with the man and they are not currently seeking any suspects.
