RICHMOND HILL, GEORGIA – Federal authorities have revealed disturbing details about a targeted attack that occurred over a year ago in a Richmond Hill neighborhood. The two suspects involved, Stephen Glosser and Caleb Kinsey, were arrested in 2023 following an explosion at a home on Demeries Lake Lane. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Georgia announced that Glosser and Kinsey have been indicted on several charges, including Stalking, Use of an Explosive to Commit Another Felony Offense, and Conspiracy to Use an Explosive to Commit a Felony.
According to the indictment, Glosser and Kinsey engaged in surveillance of the victim from December 2022 to January 2023, with the intent to cause harm. The disturbing plot included scenarios such as shooting arrows at the victim’s front door, releasing a large snake into the victim’s home to harm their child, and even considering scalping the victim. Bryan County Sheriff Mark Crowe described the attack as “sinister,” emphasizing the severity of the planned violence.
