Shooting Tragedy Erupts in Nashville Restaurant: 1 Dead, 5 Injured as Chaos Ensues

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A tragic incident unfolded in a Nashville restaurant on Sunday afternoon, resulting in the death of one individual and injuries to five others, according to local authorities. The shooting occurred at around 3 p.m. in the Salemtown neighborhood, sparking chaos and fear among customers inside the establishment.

The altercation began shortly after a male suspect arrived at the restaurant with a female companion, leading to a confrontation with the victim who tragically lost his life. Police described the situation as rapidly escalating, ultimately culminating in the suspect pulling out a handgun and opening fire.

The victim, identified as 33-year-old Allen Beachem, was fatally wounded during the altercation. In the aftermath, five other individuals sustained injuries, the severity of which was not immediately disclosed by law enforcement officials. Meanwhile, the suspect, a 46-year-old male, fled the scene in a vehicle, as captured by security footage provided by the restaurant.
