Patel, a fugitive on the FBI’s ten most wanted list, is wanted for allegedly killing his wife while working at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Hanover, Maryland in 2015.

Patel is accused of attacking his wife, Palak, in the backroom of the donut shop with a kitchen knife, resulting in multiple stab wounds. Johnson expressed determination in capturing Patel, stating that the ongoing efforts of investigators and the public’s assistance would lead to his capture and eventual prosecution.

The FBI’s reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to Patel’s arrest remains in effect.
