Arrests Made in Double-Fatal Shooting of Two Teens in Napa

Napa, California – Napa police made significant progress in the investigation of a double-fatal shooting that occurred over the weekend. The authorities have apprehended three suspects involved in the tragic incident, shedding light on the events that transpired.

The main suspect, John Nicholson Jr., a 22-year-old individual from Vallejo, was taken into custody on Monday and was identified as the shooter responsible for the deaths of two teenagers. He now faces charges of murder in connection to the incident. Additionally, Jessica Whitten, 19, and Judith Adolph, 19, residents of Santa Rosa, were arrested on early Tuesday morning. Each of them faces a charge related to aiding in a felony, as stated by the police.

The shooting incident took place at around 8:10 p.m. on April 13th in the 400 block of Riverside Drive, situated between Laurel and Oak streets in Napa. Two individuals, aged 19 and 17, were discovered with gunshot wounds at the scene. Tragically, one victim succumbed to their injuries on-site, while the other victim passed away later at a nearby hospital.

The Napa Police Department announced that the identity of the 19-year-old victim will be revealed following an autopsy scheduled for Thursday. However, the name of the underage victim will not be disclosed, respecting their status as a juvenile.
