New Delhi, India – Vishal Kalu, a 27-year-old man from Gurgaon, has been at the center of a multi-state manhunt after being linked to multiple high-profile shootings, including one at the residence of Bollywood actor Salman Khan in Mumbai. Described as an “introvert” by his family, Vishal’s involvement in criminal activities has surprised those who know him personally.
Authorities have identified Vishal as a henchman of jailed don Lawrence Bishnoi and Portugal-based gangster Rohit Godara. He was previously wanted by the Haryana police for the murder of a man named Sachin Munjal in February. Vishal was one of three shooters hired by Godara to carry out the attack, which took place at a dhaba in Rohtak and was captured on CCTV.
Despite his quiet demeanor at home, Vishal’s criminal history started with minor offenses like bike theft and escalated to more serious crimes, including murder. His sudden involvement in organized crime has left his family shocked and bewildered. Vishal’s whereabouts have reportedly been unknown since February, further complicating the ongoing investigation into his criminal activities.
Law enforcement agencies across multiple states, including the Mumbai crime branch and Delhi Police’s special cell, are actively involved in tracking down Vishal and his accomplice. The search has expanded to locations like Goa, Bihar, and Hisar, with raids being conducted to gather more information on their whereabouts.
Vishal’s family has expressed concern over the threats of a possible police encounter and has cooperated with authorities in the hope of resolving the situation peacefully. Meanwhile, police in Haryana are preparing to question Vishal in connection with Sachin’s murder and are eager to bring him into custody for further interrogation.
As the manhunt for Vishal continues, his criminal past and alleged affiliations with known gangsters have raised questions about the reach and influence of organized crime in the region. The case serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by individuals involved in such illicit activities and the challenges faced by law enforcement in combating organized crime networks.
