WAYNE COUNTY, Ga. – A tragic incident unfolded in Hortense, Georgia, as authorities responded to a reported shooting at a residence that resulted in the deaths of a doctor from Brunswick. Wayne County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the incident, which they suspect to be a murder-suicide.
