Murder Suspect Arrested for Taxi Driver Killing in Rochester

Rochester, New York – A man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a taxi cab driver in Rochester. David Porter, 36, was arraigned on Wednesday for the killing of 45-year-old taxi cab driver David Treese.
