SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – Authorities have apprehended a suspect in connection to a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred last year, stemming from a dispute between rappers. The incident, which resulted in the death of one individual and injuries to several others, took place after a concert in Sanford.
Trevon Law, 25, was taken into custody on Thursday on charges including first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder. Law was allegedly involved in the drive-by shooting that claimed the life of Princess Tolliver and wounded several others.
Reports indicate that the shooting transpired following a performance by rapper Jackboy at The Barn in Sanford when gunfire erupted from a four-door vehicle targeting Jackboy’s entourage. Law was purportedly seated in the rear driver’s side of a gray Hyundai Sante Fe involved in the shooting.
Law’s arrest comes following a string of arrests linked to the investigation conducted by Seminole County Sheriff Dennis Lemma. A total of 13 individuals associated with a criminal street gang known as OTF – On Top Forever – were apprehended, shedding light on a notable presence of the gang in the area.
