The Hanover County Sheriff’s Office reported that Virginia State Police officers arrested 18-year-old Jayvian Marrece Threatt of Petersburg on Sunday, April 14. Threatt stands accused of shooting at James Rashawn Smith, who is facing charges of second-degree murder in connection to Devine’s death. Threatt has been charged with attempted murder and using a firearm while committing a felony.
