Killer Urged to Turn Themselves In After Shooting Man Multiple Times on Indianapolis Street

Indianapolis, Indiana – The family of Robert Woods, a 28-year-old man fatally shot while riding his bike on the northeast side of the city, is on a quest for answers. Woods was discovered lying on the ground next to his bicycle by a passerby at 29th and Ralston Avenue around 10 p.m. on April 26. Tragically, he had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and succumbed to his injuries two days later at the hospital.
