Anchorage, Alaska – A woman was indicted on charges of murder following a shooting incident in the Spenard neighborhood last weekend. Anchorage Police revealed that 28-year-old Tierza Hayes was charged with second-degree murder and manslaughter in connection with the death of 39-year-old Steven Reeves.
