The aftermath of the explosion led to the condemnation and acquisition of two neighboring properties by the township. One house was demolished and reconstructed, while another neighbor was able to return home by the end of 2023. Despite the upheaval, Devonshire remains hopeful about revitalizing his koi pond once electricity is reinstated in his residence.
