Explosion at Lucknow Warehouse Results in Tragic Death of Gas Refilling Worker

Lucknow, India – A tragic incident occurred at a warehouse in the Talkatora area of Lucknow when a fire extinguisher exploded during gas refilling, leading to the untimely death of a 23-year-old man named Harshit Yadav. Yadav, a resident of Faizullahganj, was employed at the warehouse situated in Rajajipuram D-Block.

The family of the deceased has raised concerns about the alleged illegal operation of the warehouse, accusing the owner of misconduct and negligence in maintaining safety standards. They claimed that expired cylinders were being refilled and sold in the market, highlighting the dangerous practices being carried out at the facility.
