Gregory Meyer, 61, was found dead in his Boonton Township home, and his 33-year-old son Kyle has since been arrested and charged with murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
According to the affidavit, the tragic incident occurred in the basement of the family home. Gregory’s mother was present at the time and reported hearing an argument between her son and grandson, followed by screams and then silence.
