Christopher Cramp, aged 56, was known for his tireless work supporting the homeless and mentally ill in Bucks County. He and his sons, David and Thomas, lost their lives in a desperate attempt to prevent Thomas from taking his own life on the train tracks.
The incident occurred as the family rushed to the tracks in a bid to save Thomas, only to be struck by a train en route to Philadelphia. The deaths of Christopher and David were ruled accidental, while Thomas’s was ruled a suicide.
