Florida Keys Hotel Mystery Woman’s Body Discovered

KEY LARGO, FL – A serene getaway on the island of Key Largo transformed into a chilling crime scene after a woman’s body was discovered in a resort closet, shocking both guests and staff alike. The Omare Dive Resort, known for its idyllic setting, became the center of a murder investigation led by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities identified the victim as 43-year-old Naen Tilman, whose life was tragically cut short after she was allegedly beaten to death by 33-year-old Dylan Lamb. Lamb, a local tour guide, reportedly met Tilman through an escort service website and arranged to meet her at the resort.

Lamb’s account to investigators revealed that he had agreed to pay Tilman for sex, but when she attempted to leave without fulfilling the arrangement, a violent altercation ensued. Lamb admitted to striking Tilman, causing her to fall and sustain fatal injuries.

In a state of panic, Lamb concealed Tilman’s body in the room’s air conditioning closet and attempted to erase any evidence by cleaning the scene with towels and linens. He left the incriminating items in the room and checked out, leaving resort staff unaware of the grim secret hidden just feet away.

The resort’s housekeeping team discovered the blood-stained bags but, inexplicably, discarded them without notifying the authorities. As a result, the room was rented out to new guests, who unknowingly slept mere feet from Tilman’s hidden body.

Concerns from Tilman’s family and friends prompted a police investigation, leading deputies to the resort. They found Tilman’s car still parked outside and, upon further inquiry, discovered her body in the closet, bearing signs of trauma.

Lamb was quickly apprehended at his nearby workplace, with Tilman’s wallet found in his possession. He now faces serious charges, including homicide and evidence tampering, as the community grapples with the unsettling events that unfolded in their backyard.
