Cleveland, OH — In a horrifying encounter that has shaken a peaceful Cleveland neighborhood, a mother was shot in the face, and her 1-year-old son was hurled onto snowy ground during a carjacking on Friday morning. Authorities reported that the violence erupted after a man attempted to steal the woman’s car as she and her son were together near their residence on Madison Avenue.
