Cops Say Viral Pee Videos Exposed $17K Airbnb Wreckage

Police said the latest case involves more than $17,000 in damage at a Riddick Drive rental.

PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 31-year-old woman accused earlier this year of damaging Airbnb furniture in Pensacola is back in jail after police filed a new felony property damage charge tied to another rental home.

Nicolette Keough was arrested Wednesday on a charge of property damage worth more than $1,000. A judge set a $10,000 bond Thursday, but Keough remained in the Escambia County Jail because her bond was revoked in a separate battery case from March.

The new charge stems from videos that police said surfaced online. According to the report, the owner of an Airbnb on Riddick Drive contacted Pensacola police on April 24 after finding videos that appeared to show Keough urinating on furniture inside the home. Police said Keough stayed at the residence from Aug. 31 to Sept. 11 last year.

Investigators said the videos provided to police confirmed the allegations. The reported damage totaled $17,395 and included a blue coral chair, a king size mattress, a twin mattress, a leather sofa and a sleeper sofa. The leather sofa was valued at $5,195, and the sleeper sofa was valued at $4,800.

Keough was first arrested in March on two felony criminal mischief counts involving two Airbnb homes on North Guillemard Street in downtown Pensacola. Police said those earlier cases also involved claims that furniture was damaged and that videos of the incidents were uploaded to an adult content website.

Pensacola police Officer Mike Wood said investigators do not believe new incidents have happened since Keough’s first arrest in March. He said additional charges remain possible because property owners are still learning about earlier incidents. “These are incidents that happened around the same time frame,” Wood said.

Keough is scheduled for a bond revocation hearing June 9. She is due back in court June 12 on the new property damage charge. If she is later released on bond, the judge ordered her to stay off social media.
