Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – In a tragic incident that took place last year, a 14-year-old teenager named Wort Whipple was fatally shot on a SEPTA platform at the 52nd Street Station along the Market-Frankford Line in West Philadelphia. The altercation between Whipple and a male suspect turned physical when Whipple struck the suspect, prompting the suspect to pull out a gun and fire at least two shots that ended Whipple’s life.
