Gavin Newsom, the governor of California, has made a name for himself by meddling in the business of other states and making broad statements on Twitter. Earlier last month, Newsom proved his IQ was even lower than expected. The politician chose to penalize Walgreens for refusing to sell abortion drugs in 20 states.
Honestly, California has become the new socialist elite. Despite a huge deficit, the state is giving free tiny homes and tax credits for movie and production companies. On top of that, the state is considering reparations to the tune of over sixty billion dollars. A move that will harm other minorities that live in the state, slash budgets for other incentives and harm taxpayers for years to come, all the while putting thousands of dollars into the hands of people who are decades removed from their ancestors.
California has come to this; Governor Gavin Newsom of California vows to build 1,200 small houses for the poor. He said the Golden State would invest around $30 million to construct 1,200 modest houses throughout the state this year. Newsom believes he has an endless supply of funds. In addition to driving business out of California faster than the vehicles in the Daytona 500 and telling children they can be any gender they want, he has now committed to giving tiny homes to the homeless.
The left considers Ron DeSantis a fascist, but Gavin Newsom is a hero for doing something similar. In fact, Newsom picked on a company that was trying to avoid a legal dispute, whereas DeSantis defended a popular bill that Disney attacked. Newsom’s attack on Walgreens makes no logical sense; Walgreens was merely trying to comply with all the various laws in different states, which ultimately caused Newsom to go after the company.
Honestly, the pickings can be very thin for every party at times, but this is absurd: After January 20, 2025, Joe Biden’s chances of running for president again diminished, while California Governor Gavin Newsom has become the Democratic party’s rising star.
Yes, that Gavin Newsom, who is ruthlessly wrecking California with ever more intrusive and costly socialist measures that are causing Californians to depart in droves: the state is seeing its first population decrease in recorded history.
