Ice-Covered Wings Preceded Tragic Western Massachusetts Plane Crash

LEYDEN, Mass. – A small airplane crashed in a wooded area of western Massachusetts, claiming the lives of three people on Jan. 14, according to a preliminary report released by the National Transportation Safety Board.
