Tongaat, South Africa – On Sunday afternoon, emergency responders in Tongaat successfully resuscitated a man who experienced chest pains and difficulty breathing while driving. The IPSS Medical Rescue team and CERT volunteers quickly arrived at the scene to assist the collapsed individual, initiating CPR immediately.
