Tucker Carlson presented the Capitol Riot film from January 6, 2021. Carlson asserts that newly released footage from January 6 “demolishes” Democratic claims of “insurrection.” Carlson points out that it appears to show that Capitol Police did not attempt to prevent one of the most prominent rioters, known as the “QAnon Shaman,” from reaching the Senate floor. The video shows multiple officers opening doors for him and assisting him into the Senate chamber.
